Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance:

• Harming or threatening other members.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs.

Betapk may suspend or close an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• The member has submitted a self-exclusion request.

To recover a suspended account, contact support and provide the required documents. A decision will be communicated once the investigation is complete.
